We want you to love your Alice & Wonder finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Start Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
